Booking With Snowbeds
Summary of terms and conditions of booking and rental
1. Snowbeds undertakes to book properties on behalf of clients
2. The property owner will have an "Agent" in close proximity to the property to whom the snowbeds client should refer upon arrival and throughout his stay
3. The Agent is responsible for all aspects of the property whilst the Client is in occupancy.
4. The property owner will have standard rental Terms and Conditions to ensure reasonable use of the property and which should be observed by the Client throughout his occupancy
5. It is the main function of the Agent to ensure that:
b. the Client complies with all Terms and Conditions of occupancy. These will include the following:
ii) the checkout time on the day of departure
iii) that the property is left in a clean condition with breakages replaced to the value of the broken item or, in the event that replacement is impractical, that breakage is reported to the Agent and paid for
6. A security deposit will be paid by the Client to the Agent upon collection of keys the Agent. The Agent will be entitled to deduct damage or cleaning charges as necessary at end of stay
7. The Agent will collect from the Client any additional local charges (advised by snowbeds to the client at time of booking). This is payable by the Client to the Agent at the time of key collection and differs from resort to resort, country to country
8. Should the Client have any complaints about the condition of the property the Client must contact the Agent directly
9. Where the Client is provided with an inventory discrepancies must be notified to the Agent within 24 hours of taking occupancy
10. Snowbeds disclaim any liability for disputes between the Client and the Agent
"Live booking"Snowbeds provides a portal to the french consolidator net4ski.Any bookings made through this portal are in effect direct with net4ski and although the snowbeds helpdesk is always avaialable for advice with these bookings the final contract and confirmations are between you the client and net4ski the provider.
